JOSH - Lead Vocals
"Best Male Vocalist" (Shepherd Express)
Josh is simply one of the strongest singers in southeast Wisconsin. Having essentially created the band back in 2008, he brings a unique blend of power and soul to The Cheap Shots. Whether it's the scale-tipping range of Guns N' Roses' "Sweet Child of Mine," the impossible Steve Perry reach of Journey's "Don't Stop Believin" or the wraith-like screams required for AC/DC's "Shook Me All Night Long," Josh holds nothing back. He also occasionally sings the National Anthem for the Milwaukee Bucks, Brewers, and Admirals. Thanks to a wireless microphone, Josh is on stage, behind the bar, on top of tables - everywhere, getting people to sing along or come up on stage to be in the show with The Cheap Shots. Josh manages the band, always looking for quality performance opportunities for a fair price where The Cheap Shots can entertain at its highest level. Off-stage, Josh's 9-to-5 is in business development. He's also the Communications and Stage Manager at the Bud Pavilion at Wisconsin State Fair Park, and is the emcee for all live events there. Josh also has two independent clients for whom he handles all social media. Plus, Josh has a smaller band called "Sound Effect."
